Welcome to Glassbox Staging. By booking services, renting items, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services & Rentals
Glassbox Staging provides furniture and décor rentals for home staging purposes. All items remain the property of Glassbox Staging at all times. Rentals are for temporary staging use only and may not be used for personal living, events, or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed bookings will honour agreed pricing.

Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled removal date.
3. Delivery, Installation & Removal

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.

Missed, delayed, or rescheduled appointments due to access issues may result in additional fees.

Items must remain in their original placement unless otherwise approved by Glassbox Staging.
4. Care & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until removal.
Clients agree to:

Use items only as intended

Keep items indoors unless otherwise approved

Take reasonable steps to prevent damage, loss, theft, or misuse

Not modify, alter, or repair items
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, or cleaning required due to misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
5. Damage, Loss & Liability

Normal wear consistent with standard staging use is expected.

The client is responsible for damage caused by movers, trades, pets, occupants, tenants, or visitors.

Lost or irreparably damaged items will be charged at replacement value.

Glassbox Staging is not responsible for damage to the property caused by furniture placement unless directly resulting from our installation.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, credits, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to that policy for full details.
7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.

Fees may apply depending on timing and preparation already completed.

Last-minute cancellations or reschedules may be subject to full or partial charges.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

Misuse or interfere with site functionality

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Glassbox Staging and may not be used without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glassbox Staging shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, rentals, or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental or service in question.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glassbox Staging from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of rental items or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Privacy
Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of [Ontario] and the applicable laws of Canada.
